Organic and Green-Focused Hotel, Delicious Breakfast
The breakfast was fantastic! The pastries apparently were made by the staff themselves and were flaky, just like a professional bakery. You could sit in the breakfasting area anytime and soft drinks and coffee were available throughout the day. The concept of the hotel is "green and organic," so the food is plentiful, but also limited to avoid food loss, which I thought was very nice. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. I accidentally booked the wrong room, and they fixed it for me immediately, which I appreciate very much.
The onsen on the first floor is very small and three of the nine cubbies to put clothing were out of order. We couldn't even fit four people in the changing area and had to hurriedly exit in order to give other people a chance to use the space, and put ourselves to rights in the room. Not a problem, per say, but just be prepared. What was very helpful, and I didn't notice until afterward, is that there are monitors above the doorway perpendicular to the check-in area that tell you how busy the men and women's onsen were.
